Sight & Sound Events is proud to feature the newly remodeled Border Grill Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay as our Venue of the Month.  This summer the restaurant's bar, lounge, dining room and outdoor patio went under a renovation that gives it a more modern hip contemporary look and feel.   

 

The food is authentic South of the Border cuisine.  Sight and Sound staff consider it more than just Mexican food.  Celebrity chef's and owners Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken have traveled south of the border for authentic recipes and ideas. They have even expanded their search for authentic cuisine to further south locations such as El Salvador and Costa Rica.  The food is awesome!  There is something for everyone to enjoy.  The margarita's are the best in town too. 

The Border Grill features several private locations within the restaurant to host your event.  Every type of event has been catered to at the restaurant from wedding rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, reunions, birthday parties to a full buy out of the entire restaurant for corporate events.  Sight & Sound staff recommend the upstairs Cantina covered patio overlooking the Mandalay Bay beach and Lazy River as our favorite spot.  This spot is perfect for a sit down dinner and dancing.  There is no fear about weather too since it is a covered patio.  Here's a bonus to hosting your event at the Border Grill...the outdoor Mandalay Bay concerts.  That's right you can listen to top talent perform LIVE since you are so close to the Mandalay Bay beach.  How cool having an event outside and hearing Journey performing live?

September Sight & Sound Event Winners

Congratulations to newlyweds Billy and Stephanie who were married at Caesars Palace this September.  Billy and Stephanie filled out their evaluation form stating the 'entire Sight & Sound Event team were very profesional to work with.  Our event producer, Jewel, had so many great suggestions for music.  We felt very confident and relaxed working with her on our day.  DJ Jake and photographer Armo worked great together.  We hightly recommend your services to EVERYONE!"
